Without sufficient diapers, parents are forced to leave their children in wet or soiled diapers for too long or even resort to scraping out and reusing diapers.

What an incredible show of support! 💛

In just 10 days, more than 580 people showed up for CROSS Services through Pickle with Purpose and Empty Bowls, and together, we raised over $107,000 to support local families.

Whether you played, volunteered, attended, donated, or cheered us on, you helped make these events truly meaningful. Beyond the dollars raised, what stood out most was the connection, with neighbors coming together, sharing time, and supporting one another.

Meet Louise 💙

Since 2017, Louise has been a consistent, welcoming presence at CROSS Services’ Sweet Repeat Boutique—volunteering twice a week to sort clothing and help neighbors find what they need. After retiring, she felt called to serve through St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and found a meaningful connection right here in her community.

“Poverty can be a frightening reality,” Louise shares. “If my circumstances were different, I might have needed the very services CROSS provides. Volunteering here is truly good for the soul.”

We’re grateful for Louise and the care she brings to our team week after week. Her dedication is a powerful reminder of the impact of showing up for others.
