Their team packed backpacks filled with all the essentials and provided new clothes and shoes. Giving our kids the tools and the encouragement they need to shine this school year.

Our Wraparound team had the honor of attending the UC Davis Partnerships for Well‑Being Institute Wraparound Conference in Anaheim!

Over several inspiring days, our staff dove into learning, connection, and collaboration and truly showed up and out to represent. Not only did they participate in the WERT Team’s California CQI Pilot Data & Evaluation Panel, but they also presented five powerful workshops focused on building stronger Wraparound systems and Innovative Wraparound Approaches rooted in connection, compassion, and teamwork.

We’re proud of our team and grateful for the shared commitment to strengthening Wraparound for youth and families across California.
