A new Los Angeles Times investigation raises troubling allegations against Downtown LA Law Group, alleging that paid recruiters - including an actor asked to dress up as a cowboy - offered incentives to sign people up for lawsuits. Some residents say they didn't even know lawsuits had been filed in their names.
