Today we celebrated 55 years of helping people live their greatest lives. For more than five decades, Accord has been built on connection, support, advocacy, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life.

Staff Spotlight: Eric Spencer - Administrative Coordinator

Eric plays an important role in helping Accord’s Day Support program run smoothly each day.

As Administrative Coordinator for Day Supports, Eric helps the people we support while also guiding individuals and families through the intake and referral process. From leading tours to answering questions and helping people learn more about Accord’s Day Support services, Eric helps create a welcoming and positive experience from the very beginning.

Eric wears many hats and is always willing to step in and help wherever needed. His dedication, support, and positive attitude make a meaningful impact on both the people we support and the Day Support team every day.

Lorenzo’s story is one of resilience, stability, and new beginnings. When he faced a sudden housing crisis, everything felt uncertain. What mattered most was finding a safe and stable place to call home. With person centered support focused on his goals and choices, Lorenzo was able to transition into housing that gave him the fresh start he needed.

Today, he’s focused on building the future he wants for himself, one centered on independence, stability, and the life he chooses to live.
