District 5 is proud to stand behind Bad Baldies: United For Change, a five-month fundraising campaign benefiting two incredible San Antonio organizations — SA Youth and Thrive Youth Center. 🤩Both organizations are doing vital, hands-on work to support young people across Bexar County through housing, education, mentorship, and other life-changing services, including creating safe and affirming spaces for youth who need them most. Their work directly addresses some of the most pressing challenges facing young people in our community today, and campaigns like this one help ensure they have the resources to continue that impact. 🩵
I also want to take a moment to recognize my friend and colleague, Dr. Julius Hunter, who is proudly representing this cause as a participant in the campaign. 🎉Julius has long been a dedicated advocate and leader in our community, and his involvement in this initiative reflects the same passion and commitment he brings to everything he does.
