Lantern tours are among our favorites. See the cavern by lantern light (yes, we actually turn off a million dollars worth of lighting just for this tour). First tour or the day, reservations required. Check it out.

Meet 3 of our 4 resident cats in our pest control/entertainment department: Fuzz, Ghost, and Acorn. Stay to the end for the bonus action shot! MIA, Cami who was lounging around inside. We are considering creating a downloadable coloring book with these kitties. What do you think?

This is the time when Bat Flights are at their peak. All the babies are out there flying with their moms, heading out to do a job they’ve been doing for thousands of years. Don’t miss seeing this spectacular sight!

The Trinity Aquifer waters have dropped to 39 feet which means now we have a glimpse of our handrails - still in perfect condition. 🙌

Two of our rooms still have significant level levels of water, which is very visible when you come on tour. We hope you can take the time to visit before the water slips further down into the water table.

Today we are at 39 feet. That is down from our peak, but still high enough to be over our bridge and certainly high enough to get a really good view of it. Put the sound on this one and you’ll get a little bit of an ASMR experience.
