You can't say we didn't warn you....this one will be a doozy for traffic flow. 😧😮😲

WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the I-35 Northeast Expansion Program, TxDOT will close the westbound Loop 1604 mainlanes at I-35 for bridge form removals.

This closure is scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday, October 24 to 7 a.m. Sunday, October 25.

DETOUR INFORMATION
All lanes of the westbound Loop 1604 mainlanes at I-35 will be closed. Traffic will be detoured to the westbound Loop 1604 to northbound I-35 flyover. Traffic will follow the detour to Olympia Parkway for access to the southbound I-35 mainlanes and westbound Loop 1604.

WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the I-35 Northeast Expansion Program, TxDOT will close the westbound Loop 1604 mainlanes from Pat Booker Road to Lookout Road to switch to a new traffic pattern.

This closure is scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday, October 9 through 5 a.m. Monday, October 12.

DETOUR INFORMATION
All lanes of the westbound Loop 1604 mainlanes from Pat Booker Road to Lookout Road will be closed. Traffic will be detoured along the westbound Loop 1604 collector distributor and along the westbound Loop 1604 frontage road from Lookout Road to Nacogdoches Road .Access to the westbound Loop 1604 mainlanes will be maintained at Nacogdoches Road.

Please note: Following this traffic pattern change the off-ramp from the westbound Loop 1604 to Lookout Road will be PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Traffic wanting to access Lookout Road from westbound Loop 1604 will now use the westbound Loop 1604 collector distributor with new signage in place.
