H.R. 3108 – Rural Patient Monitoring Access Act
Expands Medicare coverage for remote patient monitoring services in rural communities.
H.R. 9642 – Medicare Access to Rural Anesthesiology Act
Addresses Medicare policy affecting access to anesthesiology services in rural areas.
H.R. 9468 – Saving Today's Acute-Care Resources (STAR) Act
Addresses Medicare policies affecting acute-care hospitals.
H.R. 9644 – Medicare Advantage Medical Loss Ratio Transparency Act
Increases transparency requirements related to Medicare Advantage medical loss ratio reporting.
H.R. 9641 – Essential Caregivers Act of 2026
Addresses caregiver access for patients receiving care in healthcare facilities.

Another productive and collaborative day at EMC Strategy Group, LLC!

Our team continues to work together, combining experience, strategy, and a shared commitment to serving the communities we represent. Today, Austin Tinoco, Mitchell Gonzalez, and Ernie Fabio Gonzalez are preparing to attend the City of Somerset Council Meeting, staying engaged and working to support the continued partnership with the community.

Strong teamwork and collaboration continue to drive our efforts forward. We’re proud of the work being done and look forward to another productive day of service and engagement.
