💙🧡 Our SAWS Affordability team presented our program’s mission and history to Meals on Wheels San Antonio 🚙. To help us reach more customers who are elderly or on fixed incomes, the organization has agreed to distribute 3,300 informational flyers to their clients on SAWS’ behalf. Thank you to Meals on Wheels for their partnership & commitment to Uplift’s mission of assisting our neighbors in need to ensure reliable water service. 💙

💙 Our SAWS Cares team returned to the San Antonio Food Bank for another day of service, joining more than 50 volunteers from across the community. SAWS employees from Customer Service, Communications, Legal, Production, Engineering, Construction and more came together to help pack 13,292 pounds of food, the equivalent of 10,634 meals for our neighbors in need. We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside one another and continue giving back to the community we serve.

Don’t overlook 👀 what’s beneath your plants! 👇 Adding biochar to your soil can help improve water 💧 retention, support beneficial microbes & create healthier growing conditions for your garden. 🤎🏠

Native soils get a bad rap, but with a little extra care — and organic matter — they can be supercharged.
