A San Antonio AMBER Alert ended in heartbreak overnight. 2-year-old Aryana Trevino Martinez was reported missing Sunday evening — and just after midnight, she was found unresponsive near the same Northwest Side street where she was last seen. She was later pronounced dead.

Patty Santos has the latest on what investigators know so far and what's still under investigation. The full story is on ksat.com?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=snd&utm_content=ksat12 .

No pain, no gain.

We have several construction projects occurring in Culebra Park. So, be patient and alert as you drive about our community.

This map provides an overview of where crews are working. Be aware that some of the projects will wrap up in a few weeks. Others, like the Culebra Park Area Streets Project, affecting Laven Drive, Brendell and intersecting streets; the Zarzamora Creek Greenway Trail, which also affects Thunderbird Hills; and the Garza Park Improvements, by Costa Mesa, will take months to complete.

Please share and be careful out there.

Great things are happening in our community, and, due to years of lobbying and grass-roots advocacy, more improvements are coming.
