Update 6/8/26 at 9:45 am Road will@be closed for an estimated few more hours for PGE repairs. Estimated opening approximately 2pm. Travelers going to Los Osos please take SR-1 to South Bay Blvd, If you take LOVR to Turri Rd expect major delays due to construction on South Bay Blvd also.

Update: We recently posted an incident of an individual who fled from us on a Suron, an off road motorcycle. Through the hard work and dedication of our staff and with the help of the public, we are happy to report that individual was arrested yesterday.

Recent current events, have shown the dangers of Surons and E-bikes. They are popular for their convenience and appeal, but they also come with unique risks. We have heard from members of our community, and we will continue to take action. Though we want people to enjoy spending time outside, we must be responsible with our choices. Always wear protective gear, have proper licensing if required and obey traffic laws. With this, we can keep our community safe while enjoying the benefits of them.
