Amendment 3 is on the November 3, 2026, General Election ballot. If approved by voters, it would make changes to Florida’s property tax system beginning in 2027.

With Election Day approaching, we’ve put together a comprehensive presentation to help property owners understand what Amendment 3 would, and would not, change.
Our role is to provide clear, factual information so you can understand the proposed changes.

Today, we’re recognizing the team behind the technology that supports our office every day. From our in-house appraisal systems and GIS to our website, databases, cybersecurity, and everyday tech support, our IT team plays an important role in nearly everything we do.

Technology is always changing, and we appreciate the knowledge, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes work it takes to keep SCPA moving forward.
