📢 2026 Estimated Taxable Values Released 📢

Seminole County Property Appraiser David Johnson has announced the 2026 estimated taxable values for real and personal property throughout Seminole County. These preliminary estimates provide local taxing authorities with important data as they begin preparing upcoming budgets. Final certified values will be issued on July 1.

This morning, David had the opportunity to present to the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association, after being invited by Lorie Bailey Brown, Director of Resource Management for Seminole County and incoming President of the Chapter.

The meeting was held at Orlando City Hall, and we appreciated the opportunity to visit our neighbors and connect with professionals from across Central Florida. Thank you to everyone who attended and engaged in the discussion!
