ISD 748's Native American Indigenous Parent Advisory Committee (NAIPAC) meeting is cancelled tonight - Thursday, September 10.

We will post updates for future meetings.

Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.78, requires that all Minnesota districts and tribal schools with 10 or more American Indian students have an American Indian Parent Advisory Committee (AIPAC).

A Back-to-School message from Sartell Public Safety:

🎒 School is back in session, and our school zones are busy again!
Whether you’re behind the wheel or heading to school on foot, a little extra patience and attention can make a big difference.

🚗 Drivers — slow down, stay alert, watch for crossing guards and pedestrians, and keep distractions away.

🚸 Students — use crosswalks, look both ways, follow crossing guards, and stay aware of your surroundings.

💡 Remember to use the crosswalk flashers! Push the button to activate the flashing lights, wait for vehicles to stop, look both ways, and continue watching traffic as you cross. Flashers help make pedestrians more visible, but always make sure vehicles have stopped before stepping into the roadway.

Please take an extra minute, slow down, and help us keep Sartell-St. Stephen students safe as they travel to and from school each day.

Thank you to our students, staff, and families for a great Sabre Launch this year!💙🤍

Sabre Launch provides a dedicated time for our younger students in Oak Ridge Early Learning Center, Pine Meadow Primary School, and Riverview Intermediate School - and their families - to explore their new school buildings, ask questions, complete paperwork, get school photos taken, walk through cafeterias, pick up school supplies if they ordered them through the Sartell-St. Stephen PreK-5 PTO, and much more!

Thank you to our 50+ Junior and Senior Mentors - along with the entire SHS Staff - for welcoming new students at Sabre Splash today!

Sabre Splash was created by students and staff in 2004 to help students starting grade 9 - and those new to Sartell-St. Stephen ISD 748 - become comfortable with Sartell High School and all it has to offer. 💙🤍

Also, a big THANK YOU to Angie Heckman for all the photos!

Regularly scheduled school for all students in 9th-12th grades will begin tomorrow - Wednesday, September 9. Please remember that SHS starts at 9:15a on Wednesdays (including September 9).

Thank you to Sartell Public Safety for their School Bus Safety reminder! 🚌

As school routines pick back up, please give yourself a little extra time, stay alert around bus stops, and watch for students who may be crossing the road.

🟡 Yellow flashing lights = SLOW DOWN
Be alert, reduce your speed, and prepare to stop. The bus is preparing to stop.

🔴 Red flashing lights = STOP
Drivers must stop at least 20 feet from the bus and remain stopped while the red lights are flashing.
