Happy Fun Run Day!

We hope your student is so excited to run, jump, skip, and walk their way around the track today! Each lap helps raise fund for our school and will ensure every grade gets to particpate in a field trip.

Kind reminder: Send your student with snakers and a water bottle today!

Parents are invited to watch, but please stay behind the fence so students can safely get to and from the event.

8:20am: Grade 1
9:00am: Grade 5
9:40am: Grade 3
10:20am: Grade 4

We raised over $45,000 for these students! PJ Day will be held to celbrate next week-- more details soon. There is still time to pledge and register as well-- so keep the excitement going!

Hey BSA Families!

We are in the middle of our biggest Fundraiser of the year: The Fun Run! We are hoping to raise $40,000 for our school to make sure every student has the opportunity to learn outside the classroom. This week ensures the BSA PTO has the budget we need to fund Field Trips and bring in enrichment to our building.

It is a really great week to be a Bulldog!

If you haven't registered your student yet, please do! It's free and your student will receive a gift and, if we reach our goal, a celbration gift just for being registered. Is FREE and takes less than a minute: Register at MyBooster.com.

This weekend students who collect $2/lap in pledges will receive a special bonus prize next week!

Additionally, we have some challenges to make this week even better:

There will be a SCHOOL WIDE PJ DAY is we meet our goal! We are 41% of the way there having raised over $16,000 for our school since Kick Off last week! We have five more days to get there. Keep sharing your donation pages!

The classroom with the most pledges will win a special lunch: "Pizza with the Principal!" Mrs. Short's 2nd Grade Classroom has been holding steady on the leaderboard! There's still time for your student's class to come out on top-- keep donating!

Families are invited to come down and wach the event on Friday, October 2nd if our event is held outside. Times will be emailed out or posted on Class Dojo! However, in the case of inclimate weather, our event switches to an indoor Glow Run that will be students only. We will do our best to video and send out each grade levels run if that happens.

Excited to see our students run, walk, and skip with their class Friday to raise funds for their school. (Every student particpates with or without pledges.)

The Fun Run is coming! A great week at the BSA is just a few days away.

You can register your student now on MyBooster.com! All students receive a free prize with registration.

We hope to raise $40,000 for our school though this event that will be used to fund Field Trips , Events, and Community Building at our school.

If we meet our goal, students will earn PJ day as a school to celebrate our sucess!

Hello Families!

One Last Fundraiser...

Tomorrow is a huge milestone for our 5th Grade Families at our annual Moving On Ceremony! Our new 5th Grade Committee will be there selling some graduation themed merchandise to help families celebrate their student's achievements.

All items will be $3-$10. Cash and Venmo accepted. All proceeds will help our rising 5t grade class for each of their special events next year.

First--Thank you to all our volunteers who made our first time hosting a parent run Field Day Lunch a success. We did it!

Just a reminder, tomorrow Monday June 8th at 7:30 Town Meeting will be discussing and voting on department budgets--including the budget for Saugus Public Schools. The Town Manger and Finacne Committee have recommended fully funding the budget School Committee approved. This is a first in several years.

If you support this, which will prevent further cuts in the district for next school year, please consider reaching out to your Town Meeting members to let them know you'd like to see the budget passed or please come to the meeting as a show of support/chance for public comment.

Also, we are looking for some new Board Members-- please reac out if you'd like a larger role in event planning and fundraising next year!
