November is National Caregiver Appreciation Month! We’ll celebrate our caregivers at the next Strafford Caregiver’s Café on Wednesday, November 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Hill Library. Caregiving can be lonely and stressful, and we want you to know how deeply we appreciate all you do, often quietly, in your own lives.
All are invited to join this conversation!

Maisie Dobbs, Psychologist and Investigator, began her working life at the age of thirteen as a servant in a Belgravia mansion, only to be discovered reading in the library by her employer, Lady Rowan Compton.
Years later, in 1929, having apprenticed to the renowned Maurice Blanche, a man revered for his work with Scotland Yard, Maisie sets up her own business.
On Thursday, November 5th at 6:30 pm, the Hill Library Book Club will be diving into the first Maisie Dobbs book by Jacqueline Winspear.
