Different Reasons. Same Missed Time.

Did you know that not all school absences are considered excused?

From illness and medical appointments to family vacations and personal activities, understanding the difference between excused and unexcused absences helps families make informed decisions about school attendance. While some absences are unavoidable, every day in the classroom is an opportunity to learn, connect and achieve!

Make every school day count!

The Pumpkin Palooza is Almost Here!

Shark Family, our Pumpkin Palooza is coming up on Tuesday, October 27, from 5:30–7:00 PM! 🧡

We can’t wait to see you there!

Here are 3 important reminders:
1. Send in Your RSVP! Please let us know if your family will be attending.

2. Donate Candy! The class with the most candy donations will win an ICE CREAM PARTY! 🍦 Let’s see which class can bring the most sweet treats!

3. Get Creative! Start working on your character pumpkins so they’ll be ready for submission!

Thank you for your support!

We look forward to a great evening of fun with our Shark Family! 🦈

Leading by example and guiding with grace—that is exactly what makes our principal and assistant principal so incredibly note-worthy! 📝💛 Our Sharks showered them with post-it notes of appreciation to show just how lucky we are to have them steering our school family! 🦈✨Happy Principal Appreciation Month to the best duo!

Look at these un-bee-leaf-able creations! Mrs. Posey's Early Start class brought the story of Leaf Man to life using real autumn leaves, acorns, sticks, and more! What leaf creatures can you spot?

Little learners, big progress! 💕 Mrs. Wright’s kindergarten class is working hard to identify, recognize, and write their letters! ✏️🔤✨

Reminder: There is NO SCHOOL tomorrow, Friday, October 9, for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Conferences are a great opportunity for families and teachers to connect and talk about student progress. Meetings may be held in person, virtually, or by phone.

Questions? Please contact your child’s school directly. We look forward to connecting with our families!

Beyond thankful for the incredible team that keeps our classrooms safe, clean, and bright year round! Our sharks showed their gratitude by coloring cards, decorating the halls, and even tested their bravery with a fake mouse scare! 🐾
