We’re incredibly proud of her, cheering her on from Tacoma—and missing the personality, warmth and energy she brought to our office every day. Now, we’re searching for our next **Director of First Impressions**. 💙

You’ll be the first voice a worried family hears, the welcoming face greeting every guest and the calm, capable person helping keep a busy office moving.
We’re looking for a true personality all-star—someone who:

✨ Can read the room and make others feel comfortable
✨ Handles ringing phones, changing plans and unexpected plot twists with grace
✨ Brings warmth, confidence and positive energy
✨ Is organized, tech-confident and serious about follow-through
✨ Notices what needs to happen and takes initiative
This full-time Tacoma position supports our clients, caregivers and office team through scheduling, communication, caregiver recruitment and onboarding, administrative work, and more.
Healthcare experience is helpful. Being dependable, compassionate and genuinely good with people is essential.
If your personality enters the room before you do—and your organizational skills are just as impressive—we need to meet you.
