October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)! 💼

This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” recognizes the skills and contributions people with disabilities bring to workplaces, communities, and our economy.

At DNEM, we know that people with disabilities have valuable talents, perspectives, and skills to contribute. NDEAM is an opportunity to celebrate those contributions while continuing to increase access to meaningful employment opportunities.

Need advice about workplace accommodations? Wondering how employment may impact your benefits? Give us a call!

A quick test for any AI feature you're about to release:

• Can someone use it with only a keyboard?
• Can they use it with a screen reader?
• Does it still work when the text is twice as big?
• Can they use it with the sound off?

If yes to all, you're in good shape. If even one is no, you've built something that leaves real customers out.

New AI features get extra slack right now because they're new and exciting. That won't last long.

Save the full checklist. It can save you a rebuild later.
