Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq) is headquartered at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center located at 621 E. 4th Street, in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma 74120. OkEq proudly owns this 18,000 square foot building, which is the 5th largest LGBT community center in America. Neill, as the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center, who founded the organization in 1980 as TOHR now known as Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq). Oklahomans for Equality is the leading LGBT community organization in Northeast Oklahoma that offers programs, services and a safe place for all who are seeking equality. OkEq’s daily operations are overseen by a community elected Board of Directors, Advisors and Trustees, who employ an Executive Director and small paid staff who direct over 160 weekly volunteers. There are many programs and committees to join that focus on our mission statement and OkEq is always looking for talented people in the LGBT community to become part of this great leadership team. Join us Sunday, October 25 at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center for Drag The Vote: Power 4 Generations, an afternoon celebrating Indigenous drag, storytelling, culture, and community.

Featuring Sage Chanell, Landa Lakes, Vicki Dillard, Felimena Pussywillow, and Ivana B. Real, with DJ IDK on the 1s and 2s.

Get ready to laugh because Make ’Em Laugh, OK is back October 23–25, 2026!

This year, more than 75 incredible performers will take the stage and, once again, every show is FREE and open to the public.

Evening performances will take place at the Lynn Riggs Theatre at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center, with all-ages programming happening at the McKeon Center for Creativity.

Two Third Spaces. One weekend. A whole lot of laughs.

Come celebrate culture, community, and Two-Spirit voices at the Two-Spirit Community Powwow, happening October 23 & 24 at the Cherokee Nation Powwow Grounds in Tahlequah!

The weekend will feature the 2S Stomp Dance, incredible singers and drums, vendors, community connection, and a celebration of Two-Spirit culture and traditions.

October is here, and we’re officially counting down to Tulsa Pride 2026 on Saturday, October 17! 🎉

Get ready to come together for a Pride celebration rooted in history, visibility, advocacy, and community.

📍 NEW LOCATION, SAME PRIDE
This year, Tulsa Pride is moving just a few blocks due to ongoing road construction on Pride Street. We’ll be celebrating at 6th Street & Frankfort Avenue. The location may be different, but the heart of Tulsa Pride remains the same.

Pride has never been about one street or one venue. It’s about us. It’s about showing up, finding each other, celebrating who we are, and making space for the generations that come next.

🎪 Want to be part of Pride? There’s still time! Sponsorship opportunities, vendor registration, and entertainment applications are still open. Registration DEADLINE: October 2, 2026

🚨 A few festival reminders:
• No open containers or alcohol
• No weapons
• No throwing items from floats (handing items out is permitted)
• No scooters or bicycles
• Bags are subject to inspection
• Reusable water bottles are welcome; outside commercial liquids are generally restricted.
