Republican Party of Virginia Beach We are the Republican Party of Virginia Beach.

Since the early 1960's, the Republican Party of Virginia Beach has been an active political organization in our city. This was a time in history when Virginia was firmly under the control of our opponents and a Republican candidate for office was never seen as a serious threat to winning an election at the state or local level. In the early 1970's, this paradigm began to change and voters were bec

oming increasingly unhappy with the role the government was taking in our society and over time, Republicans in Virginia were not only becoming more numerous, they were starting to win elections, shifting the balance of power in the Commonwealth. Today in Virginia Beach, Republicans hold all but one of our Constitutional offices and are well-represented in the House of Delegates and the Virginia Senate.

Today, the Virginia Supreme Court struck down an illegal attempt to circumvent the Constitution of the Commonwealth and gerrymander Virginia's congressional map. This decision prevents millions across our Commonwealth, including citizens of Virginia Beach, from having their political power stripped away.

In Virginia, the rule of law still matters.

The Republican Party of Virginia Beach is now focused on the upcoming November elections and is ready to send Rep. Jen Kiggans back to Washington, D.C.!
