Our community is full of people who want to make the world a better place.
And just as many people there are, there are that many different ideas about how to do that work.
How we manage our differences, and the conflicts that arise from them, can make our break our community. Disagreements can make us feel more alone and separate than ever. Or, done productively, disagreements can make us more resilient, connected, and engaged. Even across our many constellations of difference.
We're in the Midwest. And sometimes that can make productive conflict hard. But conflict can be productive and healthy. So let's get some practice!
To that end, we are partnering with Threefold Driftless to produce a series of community forums on a variety of topics. These forums are facilitated spaces where people of all perspectives can deeply listen, and be deeply heard.
Please join us for the first of these forums, which covers the Viroqua Area Schools Operational Referendum, tax-bill transparency, school choice, vouchers, public and private education, state funding for schools, and other related topics.

Viroqua Area School District Administrator, Dr. Jeremy Hill, and Director of Business Services, Chris Rozeske, will speak at the beginning of the event to give a factual overview of the referendum, and will address questions asked of them during the event.
