Warren F.O.P. Lodge #34 held its 6th Annual Golf Outing on September 12, 2026, at Northwoods Golf Course in Champion, Ohio. This year, all of the proceeds from our event went directly to support 11-year-old Dakota Moore and his family from Champion, Ohio. Dakota was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation in June 2025 and recently underwent brain surgery at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland. He is currently recovering at home.
This year, we raised and donated $15,672 to help Dakota and his family pay his medical bills through proceeds from the outing’s players, basket raffles, 50/50 raffle, and over 100 hole sponsors.
