We will sing, read, play and learn together while featuring some last minute Back to School resources from local organizations dedicated to helping children with special needs and their families navigate the DC Public/Charter school setting!

This summer, WeAquatics was honored to partner with Kapable for its first-ever Discover & Demo Adaptive Aquatics Session, creating a welcoming space where children with intellectual and developmental disabilities could learn water safety skills alongside a trusted parent.

What made this event so special wasn't just what the children learned. It was seeing families feel supported, encouraged, and empowered every step of the way.
