🌺 Poinsettias for Parents Fundraiser! 🌺

Together For Youth is excited to host our Poinsettias for Parents fundraiser in support of our Young Parents Together (YPT) program!

All proceeds will go directly toward supporting the young parents and families in our program by providing essential baby and newborn items, welcome bags for new participants, postpartum care products, developmental toys, incentives, and other resources to help families thrive.

Poinsettias are $12 each and are available in red, white, or pink. They make a beautiful addition to your home for the upcoming holiday season!

📅 Order dates: October 26 – November 6
💐 Pickup: Late November at SuccessLink in Waterloo
💵 Payment: Cash or Venmo ()

Another successful LSI Community Baby Shower! 💕🍼

Thank you so much LSI for giving us the opportunity to be a part of this amazing event! It was so fun getting to see different agencies in the community coming together to support our families! Another part of these events that we LOVE is getting to see some familiar YPT faces 😉

We had so much fun educating our community members on our Young Parents Together program and getting to test them on their birth control knowledge with Contraceptive Plinko! Until next time ☺️

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. 💗🩵

This month, we remember the babies who left this world too soon and honor the families who carry their love and memory with them every day. Pregnancy and infant loss is a deeply personal experience, and while every journey is different, no family should have to navigate their grief feeling alone.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, your baby matters, your grief matters, and your love will always matter. This month, and every month, we hold space for the parents, families, and loved ones who continue to carry that love in their hearts.

We’re excited to share our new Young Parents Together (YPT) brochures! 💙

One of the things that makes YPT so special is the community that has grown around it. From weekly meals together and parenting education group sessions, to birthday celebrations, community baby showers, social group outings, and connections to local resources, there are so many people who help make this program what it is today.
We want to give a special thank-you to our funders and community partners who continue to show up for our young parents and their children. Your support helps us provide these opportunities, celebrate our families, and make sure young parents know they have a community behind them.
