🌟 Our September Super Sonic Teacher of the Month!

Congratulations to Mrs. Frencken! 🎉

Mrs. Frencken has worked hard to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment where all students can learn, grow, and thrive. She has embraced the opportunities and challenges of a new classroom with grace, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

She is always willing to ask questions, seek support, learn alongside others, and collaborate with her team to ensure she is doing what is best for her students. She has also made it a priority to ensure her paraprofessionals feel valued, supported, and appreciated as they work together to provide the best possible experience for students.

Mrs. Frencken’s dedication, compassion, teamwork, and commitment are evident each day, and we are so thankful for everything she brings to Wheaton Elementary! ❤️💙

🐾 Our Youngest Bulldogs Had an AMAZING Second Week of School! 🐾

Week 2 was filled with learning, celebrating, and LOTS of reasons to be proud! ❤️💙

🌟 We celebrated LOTS of positive office referrals for students who are showing our BARK expectations and demonstrating outstanding academic achievement. Keep up the great work, Bulldogs!

🎂 We celebrated student birthdays and loved making their special days even sweeter!

🍕 Students who scored Proficient or Advanced on BOTH their Spring MAP Math AND MAP ELA assessments earned a special pizza party lunch with Mrs. Haynes! What an awesome accomplishment! 📚🍕

🏆 We celebrated our weekly attendance winners! Students were chosen from each class for having perfect attendance for the week and received a special award and a sweet treat! Way to show up and shine, Bulldogs! 👏🐾

🎉 We also celebrated our August Perfect Attendance Winners! Students who were at school every day, on time, and did not leave early earned a special snack sack as a reward!

A HUGE thank you to our amazing PTCO for helping fund these special celebrations and supporting our students! Your generosity allows us to recognize and celebrate the hard work, growth, positive choices, and attendance of our Bulldogs. ❤️💙

We are SO proud of our youngest Bulldogs and all they are accomplishing already! It’s always a great day to be a Bulldog! 🐾

🐾 What a GREAT first week to be a Bulldog! 🐾

We had an amazing first week of school! ❤️ Our students spent the week practicing their BARK expectations in all areas of our school—hallway, cafeteria, bus, dismissal, bathroom, playground, and classroom. We are so proud of how hard they are working to learn and live out what it means to BARK!

Our students and teachers also participated in lots of fun get-to-know-you activities, helping build relationships and our school family. There were SO many smiles, laughs, and happy faces throughout the week! 😊

We also had lots to celebrate:

🏆 Our Week 1 Attendance Winners

What a fantastic way to kick off the school year! We are incredibly proud of all of our Bulldogs and can’t wait to see what the weeks ahead bring. ❤️
