Independence360 Independence360, an Adult Services Program of Spectrum360 located in Whippany, NJ, is a day program designed for adults with autism and related challenges.

Because autism represents a wide spectrum, we offer a fluid array of supports and services in our new, state-of-the art center, and in the community. As each participant gains independence, the level of supports adapts to meet his or her changing needs. This flexible continuum allows direct service supports and secondary supports to increase and decrease as needed for adults all along the autism s

pectrum. Independence360 is approved by the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, the NJ Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and accept Medicaid. Independence360 has two locations, in Whippany, NJ and Livingston NJ.

Our clients had an amazing time during today’s social skills lesson focused on feelings, emotions, and healthy ways to manage them. Together, we learned different breathing techniques and calming strategies to help us regulate our emotions and feel our best. đŸŒŸđŸ§˜â€â™€ïžđŸ«¶

Calling all swimmers 8y+! West Essex YMCA is offering a full 14-week competitive season for swimmers with intellectual disabilities, providing them with an opportunity to participate in a competitive swimming environment. Swimmers will continue to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and share their gifts, skills, and friendships with their families, fellow Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
