VFW Auxiliary President Cheryl Costello-Pelkey chose the Windsor Locks Public Library for the presentation of a new American flag. She spoke about how the Library has held a special place in her heart since childhood. Keep an eye out for Cheryl's Library story on our website during the month of September as we celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month.
