There was lots of energy at the grand opening reception of the new art gallery at Founders Square in Windsor Center - Underwater Kite. Windsor's art scene is growing. Founded by visionary artist Antony Zito and event producer Cynthia Bulaong, the gallery aims to ignite a local cultural renaissance through thought-provoking art.
