API - The Agency For Public Information : St. Vincent and the Grenadines Welcome to the Social Media page of the API, the authentic source for Government information in SVG. We serve as the Official Source of Government Information.

The Agency for Public Information is the state owned media which falls under the Office of the Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Our Mandate is to bring you accurate, first-hand information on Government's Programmes, Policies, Projects and their impact. Our work also takes us into communities, meeting the average Vincentian, and exploring issues of Culture, History and the Arts. O

Our Flagship Programme "EYE ON GOVERNMENT" airs LIVE Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm on All our Social Media Platforms, API Channel 116 on the Flow Cable Network and SVGTV. Our Magazine Programme "INSIDE STORY" airs LIVE Saturdays at 5pm on the API Channel 116, SVGTV and All our Social Media Platforms

Our "News Update" airs LIVE Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5pm on all our social media platforms and API Channel 116 on the Flow Cable Network. THE AGENCY FOR PUBLIC INFORMATION – POLICY FOR CONTRIBUTORS

When contributing, do not post any material that contains:

- hate speech
- profanity, obscenity or vulgarity
- comments that could be considered prejudicial, racist or inflammatory
- nudity or offensive imagery (including, but not limited to, in profile pictures)
- defamation to a person or people
- name calling and/or personal attacks
- comments whose main purpose are commercial in nature and/or to sell a product
- comments that infringe on copyright or another person’s intellectual property
- spam comments from individuals or groups, such as the same comment posted
repeatedly on a profile
- personal information about you or another individual (including identifying information,
email addresses, phone numbers or private addresses)
- false representation of another individual, organization, government or entity
- promotion of a product, business, company or organization

The Agency for Public Information- SVG retains the right to remove any content that does not comply with these guidelines or that the API’s social media team deems inappropriate. Repeated violations may cause the author to be blocked from the API SVG social media sites.
