📊 Performance Manager
Drive adaptive management and continuous improvement across our DEC Work Programme. You'll lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks, shape our Communications Strategy, and ensure our work delivers real outcomes for Pacific people. Perfect for someone with 10+ years in senior operational roles and a strong background in MELA, strategic planning, or international development.

⚙️ Operations & Secretariat Manager
Keep the engine running. You'll oversee the operational heartbeat of the PPIU — financial management, procurement, HR, office management — and provide high-level Secretariat support to our Joint Committee. Ideal for an experienced senior manager with 10+ years in operations, ideally within the Pacific development space.

The Ministry of Trade and Economic Development, for the Kingdom of Tonga in collaboration with the PACER Plus Implementation Unit invites applications for the position of PACER Plus National Coordinator - Tonga.

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the implementation of PACER Plus activities in Tonga under the PACER Plus Development and Economic Cooperation Work Programme. The National Coordinator will be responsible for program coordination and management of PACER Plus activities, support engagement and coordination of stakeholders at the country level and support with Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Adaptation processes.
