Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, was warmly received today upon his arrival in the city of Laascaanood, the administrative capital of North-Eastern Somalia. The President is in Laascaanood to attend the official inauguration ceremony of the President of North-Eastern Somalia and his Deputy, an event of significant national importance that underscores unity, reconciliation, and the strengthening of federal institutions within the country.
