The Aboriginal Employment and Engagement are going on the road again with our Recruitment Team and Specialist Commands to bring policing to you!

We will have our ACLOS and Aboriginal staff present to chat all things employment 🖤

Where we will be:

- Wednesday 2nd September - Deniliquin High School, 10am-2pm
- Thursday 3rd September - Griffin Plaza, Griffith - 10am-2pm

🌿 Cultural Learning at Mount Druitt🌿

A fantastic day at Mount Druitt with our 8 new Probationary Constables taking the opportunity to learn, connect and strengthen their understanding of Aboriginal culture.

Our newest recruits spent time with Blacktown ACLO Uncle Dennis, learning about traditional bush tucker, culture and the important knowledge that has been passed down through generations. 🌱🖤💛❤️

Days like this are about more than learning — they’re about building cultural understanding, respect and meaningful connections with community.

A great start to their journey! 👮🏽‍♀️👮🏽‍♂️🌿

A Very Proud Day! 💙💛❤️🖤

A huge congratulations to our 15 Aboriginal Probationary Constables who graduated and officially attested as NSW Police officers! 👮🏽‍♀️👮🏽‍♂️

Yesterday we held our special Aboriginal Badge Presentation Ceremony, celebrating culture, identity and their journey into policing.

We were also so proud to have 5yo Ollie deliver the Acknowledgement of Country, a beautiful moment that reminded us of the next generation we are working to inspire and empower. ❤️

Watching our 15 officers stand together and attest was an incredibly proud moment for their families, communities and everyone who has supported them along the way.

Congratulations to our newest Aboriginal Constables — your journey starts here! 🎓👏🏽
