Thank you to all the families who joined us for our Father’s Day Breakfast this morning.

It was a great opportunity for our students to spend time with some of the special people in their lives.

A big thank you to Mmm Aunty's Coffee, Big Country Meats and Bakers Delight City Centre for supporting. We really appreciate your support of our school community.

Thank you also to our staff who helped out on the day.

We hope everyone has a great Father’s Day!

PREPARING FOR THE TEMPORARY OPENING
From Monday 7 September, buses will begin using the new Korora Bus Interchange while construction continues within the site. Families are encouraged to remind students to:
· follow signs and directions from bus drivers and staff
· use the designated pedestrian access and waiting areas
· keep pathways clear
· stay outside fenced work zones
· move calmly and remain alert around buses.
Talking with your child before they travel can help them understand the changes and use the new interchange safely.

🏉 Congratulations Ayla! 🏉

Ayla’s coach recently informed us about her fantastic achievement representing Narranga Public School and the North Coast team at the NSW PSSA Girls Rugby 7s Championships in Kiama on 1–2 September.

Ayla played brilliantly throughout the tournament, showing great strength and determination on the field. She made strong carries, helped move the team forward and made a valuable contribution at scrum time.

The North Coast girls continued to improve throughout the championships and finished on a high with a fantastic 20–10 win over North West in their final rivalry game.

A special highlight for the girls was meeting Australian rugby sevens player and 2016 Olympic gold medallist Nicole Beck and having the opportunity to hold her Olympic gold medal! 🥇

We are incredibly proud of Ayla and the way she represented Narranga Public School and the North Coast.

Well done, Ayla! 👏🏉💛🖤
