Happy World Giraffe Day.

I feel so blessed to have had multiple encounters with Giraffe, from working alongside their dedicated keepers and on safari with family groups wondering past, all arounds us.
While we support and salute, all those that work with the most majestic and fantastic of creatures keep up the fight to educate, conserve and ensure the world is safe enough for Giraffe to remain, long after we are gone.

So much planning is going into our aviary/quoll enclosure. This man does not stop, until he is asleep or I drag him away occasionally. He really is a machine.

With a few strong young men coming to our Working Bee next Saturday, we are so hopeful that we can get this enclosure finished at last. 👏👍🙏❤️

One of our dear wildlife carers is taking on the full time care of newest little boy. I will miss him so much, as I always do. He has been such a gentle and quiet little person. Hopefully we will see him back, growing and getting stronger and a lot bigger one day. 🙏😎❤️
