I’m so excited to share our upcoming one-day workshop designed to empower young people aged 14–18 with the skills they need to confidently step into real-world independence!

Led by Jack Thomson Social Worker & Behaviour Support Practitioner at Anala, this program is packed with practical, evidence-based strategies that teens can actually use in everyday life.

What participants will gain:
✅ Build independence & practical work skills
✅ Develop employment and study readiness
✅ Learn real-life money management & budgeting tools
✅ Strengthen decision-making & planning abilities
This is more than just a workshop—it’s about giving young people the confidence, capability, and life skills they need for the future.

“Feelings to Focus: Emotional Control in Sport & Life”
Help young athletes unlock their full potential—on and off the field!

Anala is now delivering an engaging, practical workshop designed for individual and team sport athletes aged 12–18, building the mental skills they need to thrive in sport and life.

What they’ll learn:
✅ Manage pressure, nerves & performance anxiety
✅ Understand and control emotions in training & competition
✅ Build strategies to handle setbacks and challenges
✅ Develop confidence and mental resilience
✅ Strengthen teamwork & positive team culture
