A huge thank you to Valley Paint & Coatings in Carleton Place for their amazing donation to our Carleton Place Youth Landscape Art Competition!

Sonia contacted us immediately after we announced the competition in March and wanted to do something fun for the event. She was the mastermind behind these creative baskets filled with supplies like tiny cans of paint, brushes, and other supplies that we awarded to the Honourable Mention winners. This should keep them inspired and creating!

We have such wonderful support in our community and we couldn't thank them more for their enthusiasm and sponsorship.

Join us today at 1pm to see all of the art created during the first Carleton Place Youth Landscape Art Competition last weekend. Members of will be here to announce the winning works in each age category.

You can still vote for your favourite piece of art created showing "The Beauty of Carleton Place". Stop in anytime until June 25th to see the art and vote. All of the winning pieces will go on display in the side window at the Art Hub soon.

Next week--Wednesday, June 24 will be the last Storytime session before our Summer Program Coordinator, Danielle, takes over. (Remember her from last year?)
