Elemental First Aid Elemental First Aid has proudly served Carleton Place, Smiths Falls, and the Ottawa Valley as the go-to provider for First Aid and CPR training. We come to you!

Our team of instructors prioritizes hands-on training, blending practical knowledge with essential theory. We are a registered affiliate of the Lifesaving Society of Ontario. Over the past few years, we have distributed First Aid and CPR courses to many local businesses and the general public in Ottawa and the surrounding areas. We provide First Aid, CPR and AED courses that are approved by the Wo

rkplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB). Our team is comprised of experienced First Aid Instructors and Examiners that are certified under the Lifesaving Society of Ontario. We gear our courses towards the profession of the candidates taking them. Our primary focus is hands-on training with a lot of practical knowledge and theory. This ensures that by the end of the course, candidates are comfortable dealing with situations that could arise both at work and outside of it. Our courses are run onsite at your work location or we can rent space near you! 🚑❤️ Parents, would your child know what to do in an emergency?

Whether they’re home alone, babysitting, or helping a younger sibling, most kids haven’t been taught how to respond when something serious happens.

That’s why we created Rescue Ready Kids.

This is a Kids-Only Emergency First Aid and CPR-C course with AED skills, designed for youth ages 10 to 14. It gives kids the confidence and practical skills to step in and help instead of feeling overwhelmed.

Over two full in-person days, your child will learn through hands-on training:

• How to treat cuts, burns, scrapes, and injuries
• How and when to call 911
• CPR skills and AED awareness
• How to recognize real emergencies
• How to stay calm and take action

Classes are kept small with a maximum of 12 participants so every child gets real practice and feedback.

The course is structured like a school day with 6-hour sessions to keep learning focused and age-appropriate.

Spots are limited and filling as dates are released.
