Hello neighbours, please keep your eyes open for Tommy the Bengal cat who went missing Tuesday night. He was last seen around Lessard/Gariepy on 175 st and 59 ave but may be in Donsdale/jamieson. He is licensed, microchipped and has a blue collar with two bells. If found please send us a direct message. Thank you!

This summer, the Edmonton Arts Council has partnered with the City of Edmonton to present Green Shack Shows and we are pleased to share that the “Triple Fun Show” will be at the Gariepy/Lessard Greenshack this Wednesday August 19 (17404 57 Avenue) at 2:30pm!

Puddle of Mud presents The Triple Fun Show: Let your imagination soar at The Triple Fun show, a choose your own adventure theatre extravaganza! Help guide the story and get ready to sing, dance, and act with the performers along the way!

Come out and enjoy!

We are looking for 1 or 2 more neighbourhood teenagers aged 14+ who are interested in helping with the soccer skills stations at the Trucks & Tunes event tomorrow night. This is a paid opportunity from 4:45-8:00 PM. No experience or skills are needed; the role consists of stamping cards and resetting soccer balls at a station. Looking for a new outdoor activity? Bring your ball and come play some volleyball! The Community League has purchased and setup a volleyball net on the small rink space beside the hall for the summer. Get out and enjoy the summer sunshine.

The Green Shack program is back starting today, June 29th, for another year! It runs Monday-Friday until August 21 (excluding holidays) from 2:00-5:00PM at Gariepy Park and is completely free.

Each day of the week will have a variety of crafts, games, sports, and free play! This program is targeted for children aged 6-12, but all children accompanied by an adult are welcome to attend.
