The holidays are a time to come together with friends, family, and loved ones. Here at e4c we understand that for most the holiday seasons is mixed with emotions – it can be overwhelming and lonely. If this season does not provide you with intended cheer, please know you are not alone, and we are here to support you. Kindness and compassion go a long way, not only for strangers but also for yourself. Our Peer Support program with e4c’s Wellness Network provides a wide range of programming for self-directed exploration, and strengths-based learning for persons wanting to enhance their social supports and networks.

For more information and to sign up, visit wellnessnetworkedmonton.com.

This holiday season let’s remember to extend compassion to those around us, and to ourselves.
