🚨 Traffic Safety Reminder 🚨
Looks like someone treated the highway like a racetrack this weekend… 🏎️💨
On Saturday, May 30th at approximately 6:00 PM, officers stopped a vehicle traveling a staggering 173 km/h while merging from Highway 2A southbound onto Highway 2.
Needless to say, that pit stop didn’t end in a podium finish. 🏁
The driver received:
• A summons for excessive speed, and
• A $243 ticket for failing to produce their operator’s licence
