What an amazing summer we've had in the library, travelling to a different country each week on our Magic Carpet piloted by Sarah! We clicked on our seatbelts, dodged seagulls, experienced some turbulence over the Alps, and called hello in the languages of the many countries we passed below. Thank you to all our adventurous child customers for joining in the summer fun!

We had loads of fun at our Travel to Australia event yesterday! Our intrepid travellers made didgeridoos and artworks inspired by Aboriginal dot paintings, learned about the flying doctors and tasted Vegemite, Anzac biscuits and bush tucker (jelly!) worms. We ended the arvo with some surf and dive inspired dancing - thank you all for joining us for our last Summer Book Quest event, it's been a blast 😊
