They once again triumphed in the Regimental COs Sword military skills competition 💪

After a series of rigorous challenges designed to test their expertise and resilience, they emerged victorious, claiming the top spot for the second year in a row! Their success is a testament to their hard work and commitment. Well done, 398 Squadron! 🤝

Recently 157 (Welsh) Regiment 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 had several personnel deploy on Exercise NORTHERN STRIKE with the US Military 🇺🇸

This deployment provided a valuable opportunity to work alongside our colleagues from across the pond, fostering collaboration and shared learning 🤝

This exercise allowed our personnel to gain new skills and experience in a variety of roles, enhancing their capabilities and readiness for the future 💪

This weekend, we sent a section across the country to take part in Exercise Viper Patrol—an intensive military skills exercise designed to challenge our capabilities, sharpen our tactics, and expand on our current knowledge 💪

This weekend, 223 Squadron 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 proudly took part in the 40th annual Mumbles Raft Race at Knab Rock 🌊

While our vessel’s structural integrity decided to retire a little earlier than expected (turning our race into an unscheduled swimming lesson), we still had an absolute blast!

Although we didn’t quite make it, it was all about supporting the incredible volunteers at - Huge congratulations to the organisers, the spectators cheering us on, and everyone else whose raft actually floated. We’ll be back with more duct tape next year! 🛠️🛶
