Weâre pleased to share the following testimonial regarding our newest instrument the LH176 Microprocessor, which has recently been standardised by Portsmouth Water, with other water companies now following suit.
Portsmouth Water testimonial
ââThe Sandhurst Instruments microprocessor rescaling unit proved to be a reliable and practical solution during its use at several of our service reservoirs and borehole across our distribution region, where it was used in conjunction the LH176-M Depth Transmitter. The unit allowed for straightforward rescaling of the transmitters enabling accurate level monitoring without the need for complex logistical interruptions to process. Setup was intuitive, with clear parameter configuration that reduced commissioning time on site. Once installed, the device provided stable and consistent output, which is obviously critical for maintaining confidence in borehole abstraction levels and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
From an end user perspective, the team have found the software interface easy to navigate and the general operation of all components in conjunction with our calibration unit, extremely easy to get to grips with. Itâs been especially beneficial for our apprentices to use for their continued learning and on the job development Overall, the Sandhurst rescaling unit represents a dependable and efficient addition to instrumentation setups, supporting both accurate data acquisition and ease of maintenance for field technicians.ââ
