We had an incredible time with our community celebrating Black History Month here at Ratho Library today. Our artistic Arts and Crafts group created beautiful, patterned handprints inspired by traditional West African textiles, while the fantastic Morgan Njobo and Ramsis brought the library to life with an energetic, hands-on African drumming and Storytelling workshop.
A huge thankyou to everyone who joined us and brought their energy! 🪘

After 14 long years working in Ratho library and Ratho mobile library, Neil has decided it's time for him to leave us all and spend more time at home working through his long list of things to do. Neil's last day is tomorrow, Wednesday 30th September; please feel free to pop in for a cuppa and chat with Neil to make his last day special and let him know how much we will miss him.
