Pop kettle on and have a cuppa while you read the children's October blog!
This month we travel the galaxy to distant planets and meet lovable space unicorns. There are rebellious fairies, sensitive dinosaurs and time-travelling penguins. We introduce a series that livens up some classic nursery rhymes. Plus, there’s a Q&A with Helen Docherty, author of the fantastic Superwolf, and we have a list of some of our favourite dyslexia-friendly stories. Phew.

Tring Library had the pleasure of hosting another Walking Reading Group. We set off on an hour-long circular walk from the library to Tring Park armed with questions about ‘My Husband’s Wife’ by Alice Feeney. We enjoyed a lively discussion along the way and back at the library we enjoyed a nice cuppa, cake and fruit while answering the quiz. A huge thank you to our wonderful customers for their support.
