Farmers, producers, shoppers, and members of the public made full use of the Jamaica Customs Agency's presence at the Agro-Invest Farmers’ Market and Agri Expo 2026, held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the AMC Complex.

Officers of the border protection, trade facilitation and revenue collection agency, engaged members of the agricultural sector, sharing pertinent information on exporting produce and products while also highlighting incentives available to primary producers and manufacturers through the Productive Input Relief issued by the Agency.

🚨 *SCAM ALERT – PLEASE SHARE* 🚨

A fraudulent message is circulating on WhatsApp claiming insider access to a *Jamaica Customs disposition sale*. This is *FALSE* and is a scam.

Jamaica Customs does *not* offer early access, private selection, or special arrangements, and does *not* conduct official business through WhatsApp or private messages.

All official Customs disposition sales are publicly advertised at *jca.gov.jm*, and purchases can only be made on the official sale dates through the proper process.

⚠️ Do *not* engage, send money, or share personal information.

PUBLIC ADVISORY
The Jamaica Customs Agency confirms a bomb threat was reported at Customs House, Kingston earlier today, April 15, 2026. Staff and clients were evacuated as a precaution and the matter is being monitored with the police and Jamaica Fire Brigade.

Operations continue through our business continuity protocols. Online services remain available, and in-person payments can be made at other Customs locations.

We treat all threats seriously and will provide further updates as necessary.
