This is bullocks. I've been trying to apply for my national i.d card for months. Unfortunately we are so backwards in our processes, I am unable to do so online and abroad. How can I travel in person to get it when we are restricted on travel to st. lucia? I am abroad and can find no help in getting a replacement i.d. card. The St. Lucia consulate is saying contact electoral department. Electoral department is giving some sorry excuse. If i am on my hospital bed abroad, how can i travel to get it? I am in the database for years. Whats so wrong in my wife coming to collect my documents on my behalf? I need help or answers because this is a shame.
