Alhamdulilah, they made it! The Zayed College team has made it to the Word-The Frontline spoken word finals. We are extremely proud of these exceptional young ladies for having the courage to address important topics and the bravery to present these in front of an audience.
Shifa Ahmed, Sevara Adilova, Safa Katawazi, Roshaaneh Awan and Sumaya Akil, along with their coach, Mira Arif, have spent many weekends, lunch breaks and after school nights rehearsing. We are all excited to see them back on stage for the Grand Slam on September 19, Insha'Allah.

Year 7 and 8 students participated in Mathex 2026 last night. An energetic and exhilarating event where more than 150 school teams from Auckland participated. Our girls showed great teamwork and enthusiasm. Great experience for them! ~Ust Nazia & Ust Asgari.

*Mathex is a fast-paced math contest where teams of four students race against a 30-minute clock to solve up to 20 questions, with one designated runner delivering answers to markers*
