ADVISORY: Conduct of Mass Awarding of Eligibility

Please be advised that the Mass Awarding of Eligibility is scheduled on July 6, 2026 (Monday) at the Divine Word College of Bangued Gymnasium.
To ensure a smooth and orderly proceeding, all concerned are requested to take note of the following schedule and guidelines:
📅 Program Schedule
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Registration, Verification, and Pre-Program Briefing
1:30 PM: Official Start of the Awarding Ceremony
👥 Expected Participants
This ceremony is strictly for individuals who have successfully met the requirements for the following:
*Honor Graduate Eligibility (HGE) applicants whose applications have been approved for processing and awarding.
*March 8, 2026 CSE-PPT Passers (Professional and Subprofessional levels) who submitted the request form and are set to receive their Certificates of Eligibility (CoE).
📋 Important Reminders for Attendees
Punctuality: Please arrive strictly during the registration window (12:30 PM).
Dress Code: All passers and honorees are required to wear Smart Casual Attire. Jeans, collarless t-shirts, shorts, and casual slippers are strictly prohibited.
What to Bring:
At least one (1) valid Government-issued ID with photo and signature for verification.
Your original application receipt or Claim Stub.

📢 ADVISORY: Mass Awarding of Honor Graduate Eligibility and Passers of March 8, 2026 CSE-PPT.

Due to inclement weather, the scheduled Mass Awarding of Certificates on June 25, 2026 (Thursday) is postponed.
The new schedule will be on July 6, 2026 (Monday) PM.

✅ For those who have not yet processed their Honor Graduate Eligibility, applications may still be filed on or before June 30, 2026, to be included in the mass awarding.

✅ For PASSERS who opt to claim their Certificate of Eligibility at the Field Office, you may come starting June 29, 2026.

A massive round of applause to the exceptional examinees who topped the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) Professional Level for the Bangued, Abra Testing Center!

Out of 1,386 examinees in Bangued, Abra only 141 successfully hurdled the exam—and today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the Top 10 passers who led the pack. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Sa mga hindi po makakaabot today na mag-submit ng application for Honor Graduate Eligibility, puwede pa po sa Monday kung gusto ninyong maisali sa Mass Awarding.
