At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "PILANDOK" was estimated based on all available data at 1,215 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (21.0°N, 133.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Northwestward slowly. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠:
